Grown by hand in a small Georgian village, each crimson thread tells a story of land, patience, and heritage.
By sharing this precious spice, we also support the women who cultivate it—skilled hands preserving an ancient craft, nurturing their families, and keeping their community alive. This is more than saffron. It is tradition, empowerment, and Georgia’s golden-red gift to the world.
Quality - from field to table
Each stigma yields only about 1,5 mg of spice, and it takes 150-200 flowers to produce just one gram.
